1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise: (a) Rkgg refers to the operator providing the gaming and betting services; (b) the Service means the online gambling platform, related software, and any games, promotions, or features offered by Rkgg; (c) Account means the user profile created to access and use the Service; (d) Promotions means any bonus, free bet, or reward offered by Rkgg; (e) Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; (f) KYC means Know-Your-Customer procedures to verify identity and assess risk; (g) AML means anti-money-laundering controls; (h) Currency means the lawful monetary unit used for transactions on the Service.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable policies published by Rkgg. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service. Rkgg may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally permitted to gamble where you reside. Access is restricted in certain jurisdictions where local law prohibits online gambling. Each person may maintain one active Account. Duplicate Accounts, or Accounts opened by relatives or associates of such individuals, may be closed and associated wagers and balances forfeited.

4. Account Security and Access

You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials. You must keep your login details confidential and promptly notify Rkgg of any suspected unauthorized use. Rkgg will not request your password and will contact you only through official channels. Where reasonably required, you may be asked to verify identity to protect your Account integrity.

5. Identity Verification and AML/KYC Compliance

Rkgg conducts identity verification and AML screening prior to processing deposits or withdrawals and on an ongoing basis. You must provide accurate information and documentation upon request. Acceptable verification may include government-issued photographic identification and proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) not older than the stated threshold. If verification cannot be completed to Rkgg’s satisfaction, deposits and withdrawals may be suspended or rejected.

6. Funds, Deposits and Payments

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in your Account. No credit or financing is offered. If your deposit currency differs from your Account currency, currency conversion will apply at the prevailing rate, and you are responsible for any conversion fees. Third-party payments are prohibited; funds from non‑permitted sources will be rejected and winnings may be voided. Rkgg may request additional KYC documentation before approving a deposit. All funds introduced to the Service must originate from legitimate sources.

Valuation and use of in‑platform credits or items are based on public market data where applicable. If our valuation differs from the market price by more than 5% or USD 5, we may adjust the balance accordingly. Abuse of pricing or accounting mechanisms may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

With respect to fiat transactions, payments are processed through approved financial service providers. Rkgg reserves the right to halt or reverse any transaction in accordance with applicable law or policy.

7. Bets, Play, and Conduct

Play on the Service is for entertainment purposes only. You must not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative practices, including but not limited to: match-fixing, collusion with other players, or the use of automated software to influence outcomes. Rkgg reserves the right to void wagers, suspend accounts, or seize funds where such conduct is detected. Any bet or game outcome may be voided if systems malfunction, unauthorized access occurs, or information used to determine the result is compromised.

8. Promotions, Bonuses and Rewards

Promotions are subject to specific terms published with each offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may be subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and other conditions. If an Account is closed or if bonuses expire without meeting the applicable conditions, the remaining bonus balance may be forfeited. Abuse or exploitation of bonuses may result in forfeiture of all related winnings and possible account suspension.

9. Payouts and Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available subject to verification, and the minimum withdrawal amount shall be the equivalent of USD 50 unless otherwise stated. Rkgg may impose withdrawal limits based on the level of KYC verification completed. Winnings may not be withdrawn until all promotional wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals are typically processed to the payment method or linked account used to fund the Account, subject to verification and security checks. If a withdrawal is requested in error or found to be fraudulent, Rkgg may reverse the transaction and reclaim the funds. Where a withdrawal is pending, additional verification or security checks may be required before completion.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, trademarks, and content, belong to Rkgg or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Rkgg’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You may have rights to access, rectify, or erase your information as provided by law. Rkgg collects, uses, and discloses data to operate the Service, prevent fraud, and fulfill regulatory obligations.

12. Responsible Gambling

Rkgg supports responsible gambling. You may set deposit limits, self-exclude, or take advantage of cool-off periods. If you believe you may be at risk of gambling-related harm, contact support for assistance and consider seeking professional help.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may rely on third-party providers for payments, identity verification, and technical services. Such providers are subject to separate terms and privacy notices. Rkgg is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, including any errors, delays, or security breaches they may cause.

14. Security and Fraud Prevention

Rkgg employs reasonable security measures to protect the integrity of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your Account. Rkgg may suspend or terminate access if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

15. Suspension, Closure and Forfeiture

Rkgg may suspend or terminate your Account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or compliance with legal obligations. Withdrawable balances shall be paid subject to any applicable fees. Bonuses, if any, not withdrawn within the specified period may be cancelled. Identified abuse or evasion may result in permanent account closure and seizure of funds.

16. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints should be submitted through the designated support channel. Rkgg will investigate promptly and provide a decision that is final, subject to applicable laws. Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or court proceedings in the jurisdiction chosen by Rkgg, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

Rkgg may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service and/or email. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and close your Account where possible.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rkgg operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required to be resolved by mandatory arbitration or applicable regulatory authorities.

19. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing any obligation where such failure or delay results from events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, cyber incidents, or governmental actions, provided that reasonable steps are taken to minimize the effect of the force majeure event.

20. Miscellaneous

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
