Sports Terms
1. General Rules
- 1.1 Market outcomes are settled based on the official result published by the relevant sporting authority. If an official result is announced after the event ends, settlement follows that official outcome. If a match is not completed and is decided by the referee or an official announcement, settlement is made in accordance with that official result. If the announcement is issued more than 48 hours after the end of the match and undecided bets have been treated as undecided, settlement will stand as determined by the official outcome. Player specials markets are excluded from this rule.
- 1.2 The Operator reserves the right to refuse all or part of any bet at its sole discretion without providing reasons to the customer.
- 1.3 Before an event starts, the Operator may void or cancel part or all of a bet after acceptance and may void or cancel a bet after the event has started for causes including palpable error in the event wording or odds, attempts to bypass limits, access to confidential information, combining related bets, active involvement of participants, a technical error, or any other valid reason communicated upon request.
- 1.4 The Operator may cancel all bets on an event if there is a change to the venue.
- 1.5 The Operator may cancel all bets if there are radical changes in the circumstances of an event, such as the length of playing time, the distance of a race, or the number of periods.
- 1.6 If fraud is suspected or the outcome is highly likely to be known beforehand, the Operator may keep specific betting slips unsettled, report to relevant regulatory bodies, wait for a verdict, and settle or void the bet in line with the verdict.
- 1.7 In the event of a technical interruption, the Operator will perform standard checks and may accept or reject bets upon system restoration. Customers should review their betting history to confirm acceptance.
- 1.8 Any decision by video review that conflicts with the on‑field decision may void bets placed in the interval between the incident and the final decision, unless the affected odds were unchanged or already accounted for at the time of bet acceptance. Settlement of unrelated bets unaffected by the review will stand.
- 1.9 Odds visibility is two decimals; total odds are calculated with a sixth decimal place for rounding, and total winnings are truncated to two decimals. Any discrepancy is attributable to these rounding rules.
- 1.10 The maximum period between initial settlement and any potential re‑settlement is 30 days.
- 1.11 If a match finishes by the referee at minute 79:00 or later, all markets are settled on the final score. If it finishes at 78:59 or earlier, undecided markets are void. Abandoned or stopped events are treated as void for undecided markets.
- 1.12 Supported match formats and durations: prematch and live bets may be offered in formats such as 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, 3x30. If a match duration falls outside 50 to 90 minutes, all markets will be voided. For 3x30, halftime duration equals total match duration divided by two. The customer bears the risk of any format changes, which are deemed accepted upon registration.
- 1.13 Outright markets (short-term and long-term) are subject to a play‑or‑pay rule. Bets on participants stand normally even if the listed participant is unable to take part; therefore bets may be settled as losses. Head‑to‑head markets are excluded; if any listed participant does not take part, H2H markets are void. If a participant is replaced by another participant of the same team, team markets remain valid, while individual markets for the original participant may be void.
2. Scoring Markets and Market Types
- 2.1 Scorers: First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, and Anytime Goalscorer apply to regular time only. Own goals are ignored for these bets, or counted as no scorer if only own goals occur. First Goalscorer is void if the chosen player never plays or enters after the first goal; own goals are ignored in this context. Last Goalscorer is void if the chosen player never plays. Anytime Goalscorer applies to any participating player regardless of entry time. If a match is abandoned after at least one scorer has occurred, bets on the first scorer apply and bets on the last scorer are void. For the listed player, Anytime Goalscorer bets are settled as winner and bets on other players are void.
- 2.2 Outright and related markets follow the Play‑or‑Pay principles described in section 1.13; when applicable, team-level markets remain valid while certain individual markets may be void in the event of participant substitutions or withdrawals.
3. Dead Heat Rules
- 3.1 In a dead heat, winnings and losses are allocated proportionally among the winning contracts. For markets with multiple winners, only contracts tied beyond the last winning position are affected. When two competitors tie for a position that changes the number of winners, settlement is adjusted accordingly across affected contracts.
4. Settlement and Evidence of Results
- 4.1 All results are based on the official source for the competition. If official data is unavailable, independent sources or the Operator’s internal statistics may be used to determine settlement after reasonable verification. Inconsistent information will be resolved in favor of the most authoritative source available to the Operator.
5. Re‑Settlement and Corrections
- 5.1 The Operator may reverse a settled market or void a bet in the event of a technical or human error, or if a bet was accepted based on a palpable error. Palpable errors include obviously incorrect odds or mispricing caused by a system fault. Re‑settlement may adjust customer balances accordingly.
- 5.2 Non‑participants and injuries: if a participant takes part and subsequently withdraws or is injured, bets on that participant may be voided or adjusted in accordance with applicable deductions or revised prices following market updates. Bets placed after injury announcements may be revised or voided where applicable.
- 5.3 If a winning selection is not offered, bets on other selections in the same market will stand and be settled under these rules.
6. Disputes, Complaints and Timing
- 6.1 Claims and protests regarding bets must be submitted within seven days of the event’s original start time. Claims received later may be denied unless the Operator extends the window in writing. Customers should provide sufficient information to facilitate investigation and resolution.
