Rkgg Affiliate Program Overview

The Rkgg Affiliate Program is a formal partnership framework designed for compliant, licensed operators and performance-focused marketers. This page defines eligibility, compensation models, tracking, and partner obligations to ensure transparent, auditable collaboration.

Eligibility and Enrollment

Applicants must: (a) be 18 years of age or older; (b) operate in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal and accessible; (c) maintain current, verifiable licensing or authorization in applicable markets; and (d) comply with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering and responsible gambling requirements. The affiliate program conducts KYC verification and background checks. Access to the partner portal is granted only after successful approval of the application and completion of the contract process.

Commission Models

  • Revenue Share (Lifetime): Affiliates receive a share of the Net Gaming Revenue generated by players referred by the affiliate for the duration of those players’ activity. The exact rate and tier will be published in the Rate Card within the partner portal and may change with performance and market conditions. Changes to rates apply prospectively to new referred players from the effective date published in the portal.
  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA): A one-time payment for each depositing player referred by the affiliate, with rates defined by market and risk assessment. CPA rates are documented in the Rate Card; eligibility requires successful KYC and completion of the first qualifying deposit. CPA payments are subject to standard withholding as required by law.
  • Hybrid: A combined arrangement that aligns elements of Revenue Share and CPA. The hybrid model is negotiated on a deal-by-deal basis and memorialized in a written addendum to the standard Affiliate Agreement.

Definitions and Payout Terms

Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) means gross gaming revenue attributable to referred players, less player bonuses and promotions, transaction costs, and approved adjustments as defined in the Affiliate Agreement. Payouts are processed once a minimum threshold is met and in accordance with the Payments Policy. Current baseline terms include:

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: €100 or equivalent in approved currencies.
  • Payment Schedule: Monthly settlements with a Net 15 processing window from the end of the month in which NGR is earned.
  • Payment Methods: Bank transfers and EUR/USD/GBP denominated payouts to verified accounts; alternative methods are available by agreement in the portal.
  • Tax and Compliance: Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from payments. The Rkgg agreement requires proper tax documentation where applicable.

Tracking, Attribution, and Reporting

Rkgg provides a dedicated affiliate dashboard with real-time metrics. Key concepts include:

  • Tracking: All referred player activity is attributed to the responsible affiliate via a unique tracking ID. Postbacks and pixel-based tracking options are supported as configured in the portal.
  • Attribution Window: The default attribution window for qualifying actions is defined in the contract and rate card; adjustments require written amendment.
  • Reporting: Affiliates have access to historical and up-to-date data on impressions, clicks, deposits, NGR, and payouts. Data exports are available for audit and accounting purposes.

Marketing Resources and Compliance

Affiliates have access to a controlled library of marketing assets, including banners, landing pages, and brand guidelines. Requirements include:

  • Assets must be used in accordance with Rkgg brand guidelines and approved by affiliate management.
  • All promotional content must accurately reflect product offerings and comply with applicable advertising standards and regulations.
  • Affiliates may not target restricted territories, misrepresent the odds or terms of play, or engage in incentivized traffic that violates program rules or local laws.

Sub-Affiliates and Network Structure

Rkgg supports controlled sub-affiliate relationships under a defined structure. Sub-affiliates may be eligible for a portion of the main affiliate’s net revenue as stipulated in the Sub-Affiliate section of the Agreement and Rate Card. All sub-affiliate activity requires explicit recognition and tracking within the affiliate dashboard, with compliance obligations mirroring those of primary affiliates.

Onboarding, Support, and Account Management

New partners receive a dedicated affiliate manager. Onboarding milestones include contract execution, KYC clearance, and portal access. Support commitments include:

  • Initial onboarding response within 2 business days.
  • Ongoing performance reviews and optimization calls by schedule.
  • Campaign optimization guidance, access to marketing materials, and technical support for tracking integrations.

Contractual Terms and Termination

The Affiliate Agreement governs the relationship, covering confidentiality, data handling, liability limitations, and termination triggers. Either party may terminate for material breach, persistent non-compliance, or insolvency. Upon termination, affiliates must cease promotion of Rkgg products and ensure proper data handling, including deletion or return of non-public materials, in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

Application and Start of Promotion

To begin, submit a complete application through the approved portal. The process includes the following steps:

  1. Submit organization details, business registration, and applicable licensing information.
  2. Provide required tax and payment documentation for verification.
  3. Review and sign the Affiliate Agreement; configure postback URL and tracking parameters.
  4. Gain portal access, receive onboarding materials, and deploy first compliant promotional content.

Compliance, Responsible Gambling, and Privacy

Rkgg maintains a Responsible Gambling policy and adheres to data privacy requirements. Affiliates must implement responsible marketing practices, verify player age and identity as required, and refrain from targeted advertising that could undermine player protection. Data collected through the affiliate program is stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Affiliate Agreement.
