Bonus Rules

Scope and Activation

These Bonus Rules govern all bonus promotions offered by Rkgg. To receive any bonus, activation must be completed in your user profile before making a qualifying deposit. If a bonus is not credited after activation and you fund your account, contact Customer Support before wagering; otherwise the bonus may be withheld. Funds are applied in the following order: first from the real-money balance to trigger the bonus, then from bonus funds. Winnings derived from the real-money balance are credited to the real-money balance; winnings earned from bonus funds remain in the bonus balance until wagering conditions are satisfied.

Welcome Bonuses

Rkgg offers a standard Welcome Bonus and a VIP Welcome Offer. The standard Welcome Bonus matches 100% of the first deposit up to 1,000 USD. The VIP Welcome Offer matches 120% of the first deposit from 1,000 USD up to 6,000 USD. Both options share the same wagering terms and operational rules.

  • Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount.
  • Time to satisfy wagering: 7 days from the date of credit.
  • Maximum withdrawal after wagering: 20x the initial bonus amount.
  • Maximum bet during wagering: 5 USD per bet or spin.
  • Eligible games and contributions: Slots 100%, Table Games 0%, Live Casino 10%, Video Poker 0%.
  • Jackpot games are excluded from wagering until requirements are met.
  • Activation is required before the corresponding deposit; if unused within the period, the bonus may be removed.

Deposit Bonus

The Deposit Bonus is available to eligible account holders who activate the promotion in their profile and deposit at least 20 USD. The bonus amount equals a percentage of the deposit, with a maximum cap of 6,000 USD. The bonus is credited immediately after the deposit.

  • Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount.
  • Only bonus funds contribute toward wagering; real-money bets do not count.
  • Game contribution: Slots 100%, Table Games 0%, Live Casino 10%, Video Poker 0%.
  • Jackpot games are restricted until wagering requirements are met.
  • Maximum withdrawal after wagering: 20x the initial bonus amount.
  • A single user may have only one active Deposit Bonus at a time.
  • Withdrawing before wagering is complete or disabling the bonus may forfeit the bonus and related winnings.

Freechips Bonus

Freechips are awarded on specific occasions and require no deposit. The grant is subject to availability and is limited to one active bonus per user. The maximum Freechips award is 5,000 USD. Wagering is 50x the granted amount, and only bonus funds contribute toward this wagering.

  • Game contributions: Slots 100%, Table Games 0%, Live Casino 10%, Video Poker 0%.
  • All Jackpot games are restricted during wagering.
  • Freechips must be used within seven days of grant.
  • Withdrawing while a Freechips bonus is active may forfeit the bonus and related winnings.
  • Around-the-clock policy: a single user may have only one active bonus at a time.
  • The wagering progress is shown in the Profile section.

Freespins

Freespins promotions require a qualifying deposit unless stated otherwise. The minimum deposit is 20 USD. The number of freespins and the applicable wagering terms are defined in each promotional offer.

  • Wagering requirement: 25x the freespin winnings, before withdrawal.
  • Only bonus funds contribute toward wagering; real-money bets do not count.
  • Game contributions: Slots 100%, Table Games 0%, Live Casino 10%, Video Poker 0%.
  • Jackpot games are excluded during wagering.
  • Freespins must be used within 10 days of grant.
  • Withdrawing before wagering is complete may forfeit the bonus and related winnings.
  • Maximum bet during wagering: 5 USD per spin or hand.

Wagering, Contributions, and Eligible Games

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described above. Unless a promo specifies otherwise, game contributions are: Slots 100%, Table Games 0%, Live Casino 10%, Video Poker 0%. All Jackpot games are excluded from wagering until requirements are met.

Expiry, Forfeiture, and Time Limits

Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified window. Withdrawals requested before completing wagering may forfeit the bonus and related winnings. Unused bonuses may be removed after their defined expiry period.

Bonus Abuse and Sanctions

Rkgg maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse and fraudulent activity. Suspicion of abuse may result in cancellation of promotions, removal of bonuses and winnings, and forfeiture of funds. Examples include: multiple accounts to claim bonuses, two-tier betting to meet wagering, proxy or VPN usage, wagering more than 10% of the bonus amount in a single bet or spin, and other anti-fraud activities. Rkgg reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts implicated in suspicious activity and to withhold or deduct winnings at its sole discretion.

Single Active Bonus

A single user may hold only one active bonus at a time. If a new bonus is claimed while another is active, Rkgg may reject the new bonus or suspend wagering on the existing bonus in its sole discretion.

Promotions and Policy Modifications

Rkgg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. These terms supplement the general Terms of Use and govern bonus activity where applicable.
